Reserve Representation Statistics for Manitoba First Nations

The gap in representation for the people on and off reservations is increasing faster than the Band Councils' decision to increase the seats needed to keep up with this influx of new band members born each year. It will be this deficit in Band Council representation that will have individual band members fall into the cracks of day to day operations held by so few for so many. Band members that are spread across multiple communities as well as the home community of the First Nation.
